Conformance Status

Limitations And Alternatives
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of Seemore Services there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.
Known limitations for See More Services:
- Comments From Users: Uploaded images may not have text alternatives because we cannot ensure the quality of contributions. We monitor user comments and typically repair issues within 10 business days. Please email us and let us know about the issue if you encounter an issue.
- Archived Documents: Might not work with current assistive technologies because they use outdated technologies that do not support accessibility. We convert documents to new formats upon request within 3 business days. Please contact us on (919) 567-0653
This contract is a legal agreement between both parties. The contract may not be dissolved unless both parties are in agreement. All contracts must be prepaid in full plus taxes. The contract is valid for 12 months and must be renewed every 12 month period.
Payments:
Memberships are prepaid annually at the choosing and signing of the agreement through our secure billing software. Members are responsible for keeping a valid card for memberships on file. In order for memberships to continue with their renewal, customers must update their payment expiration date of their payment method. Memberships are renewed automatically annually after the final services. Should a member wish to cancel their renewal, customers must cancel before their annual renewal agreement membership begins.
If memberships are not canceled early where services have been received, customers will be charged the cost of the used services.
Terms of Agreement:
This agreement is between Fogg HVAC, Inc. and current customer. It is non transferrable. If you sell your home during the membership the active period of the membership the agreement will be honored only until the remaining of the period. To continue the membership after the 12 month period, the new owner of the home must sign a new agreement for a new membership. Fogg HVAC, Inc. is not required to provide any services until payment is made. Fogg HVAC, Inc. has the right to cancel this agreement for any of the following reasons:
Fraud and/or material falsely represented by the customer
Failure to make payment required under the agreement or not under this agreement
Customers have 3 days to cancel this membership agreement upon signing and payment. A full refund would be returned. Customer may not cancel the agreement once payment is received and signature of the agreement for membership is processed after 3 days. This is a membership agreement and not a limited warranty for service contract.
Fogg HVAC, Inc. will not be responsible for labor or parts for repairs, unless under specified warranty of equipment.
Fogg HVAC, Inc. is not responsible for failure of member’s equipment on failure of technician not detecting any defect in the equipment.
Fogg HVAC, Inc. is not responsible for any damages causing either bodily injury or property damage, no matter the cause.
